1. Extra virgin olive oil and wine, tasting of 2 local products (wine, extra virgin olive oil and organic extra virgin olive oil) paired with a selection of Greek mezze appetizers
2. Greek mezze #1, Graviera cheese, dakos with tomato and feta cheese, olives, tzatziki.
3. Greek mezze #2, Cretan apaki smoked pork, sausage with vinegar, collard green pies, Cretan turban cheese pies, stuffed wine leaves, stuffed squash blossoms with rice.
4. Local sweets, depending on the time of the year, recipes may include Greek Easter bread ("tsoureki"), Greek Christmas honey cookies ("melomakarona") and more
